Green Bean And Tomato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp hazelnut oil
    2 tbsp cider vinegar
    1 tsp wholegrain mustard
    2/3 cup hazelnuts, toasted, skins removed and coarsely chopped
    8 oz green beans
    8 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
Preparation
    Whisk hazelnut oil, cider vinegar and mustard in a medium bowl. Stir in hazelnuts.
    Boil, steam or microwave green beans; drain. Rinse under cold water and drain again. Place green beans, cherry tomatoes and dressing in medium bowl. Toss gently until combined.
