Bolognese Melts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large bread rolls or ciabatta rolls
    1 cup baby spinach leaves
    1 cup bolognese sauce
    2 large tomatoes, thinly sliced
    1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Preheat the broiler on high. Split the rolls in half horizontally and place them, cut-side up, on a baking pan.
    Top the rolls with spinach, bolognese sauce, tomato and cheese. Broil for 4-5 mins or until the cheese is melted and golden. Serve.
