Kofta Skewers With Mint Yogurt - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 lb ground lamb or beef
    1 None medium onion, finely chopped
    2 tbsp fresh parsley leaves, chopped
    2 tbsp fresh mint leaves, chopped
    1 tbsp ground cumin
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    1 tsp ground turmeric
    1 None egg white
    None None Mint Yogurt
    3/4 cup plain yogurt
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tbsp fresh mint leaves, chopped
    6 pieces naan, toasted, to serve
Preparation
    Combine ground meat, onion, herbs, spices and egg white. Form into 18 links around individual skewers. Cook on a preheated, oiled grill pan or grill for 4 mins per side, until browned and cooked through.
    Meanwhile, to make the mint yogurt, combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Season and chill until required.
    Serve kofta drizzled with mint yogurt on naan bread.
