Sausages With Mashed Potatoes And Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz bacon, coarsely chopped
    2 None Spanish onions, thinly sliced
    8 None thick beef sausages
    2 1/4 lb potatoes, quartered
    1 cup milk, warmed
    3 tbsp butter
    2 oz frozen peas
Preparation
    Cook bacon in a heated, oiled pan over medium-high heat until browned and crisp. Drain on paper towels.
    Add onions and sausages to pan. Cook until onions are soft and sausages are cooked through. Remove from pan and keep warm.
    Meanwhile, boil, steam or microwave potatoes until soft. Drain then mash with milk and butter.
    Boil, steam or microwave peas until just tender. Drain then fold into mashed potatoes along with bacon.
    Serve mashed potatoes topped with sausages and onions.
