Baked Salmon With Vegetable Tagliatelle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz tagliatelle pasta
    1 None leek, cut lengthwise into strips
    4 None large carrots, sahved lengthwise with a potato peeler
    2 1/2 tbsp butter
    1 1/2 lbs salmon fillet, cut into 4 slices
    1 cup prepared hollandaise sauce
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    1 oz chopped mixed herbs
    1/4 lb cooked peeled shrimp, thawed if frozen
    3 tbsp lime juice
    None None parsley, to garnish
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 425\u00b0F. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, adding the vegetable strips about 6 min before the end of the cooking time. Drain and rinse briefly under cold water.
    Heat the butter in a frying pan and saute the salmon for 2-3 mins. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange the vegetable pasta in a baking dish and lay the salmon on top.
    For the sauce, add the hollandaise, cream, herbs and shrimp to a saucepan and stir together over a gentle heat. Season with salt, pepper and lime juice. Pour on top of the vegetables, pasta and salmon and bake for 10-15 mins. Serve garnished with parsley.
