Duck Fat Fried Potatoes And Sautéed Brussels Sprouts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 kg Brussels sprouts, trimmed and bases crossed
50 g goose fat
800 g potatoes, peeled and thickly sliced
25 g butter
1 None onion, peeled and finely chopped
Pinch None nutmeg
None None turkey meat and stuffing, to serve
Preparation

Cook Brussels sprouts in boiling salted water for 15 mins. Drain.
Meanwhile, heat duck fat in a large frying pan. Add potato slices and cook for 12 mins, until cooked through. Season.
Heat butter in a frying pan, cook onion, stirring, for 4 mins. Add Brussels sprouts, season and add nutmeg. Serve with potatoes.
