Strawberry And Passion Fruit Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup flour
    1 cup self-rising flour
    1 tbsp sugar
    2 cups skim milk
    1 None egg
    9 oz strawberries, hulled and sliced
    3 None passion fruits, pulp scooped out
    None None Vanilla yogurt, to serve
Preparation
    Sift flours into a large bowl. Stir in sugar. Whisk milk and egg in a medium bowl. Gradually whisk into flour mixture until smooth. (This may be done with a hand blender or a food processor.) Let stand for 15 mins.
    Spray a small nonstick skillet with no stick cooking spray. Heat on high heat.
    Pour 1-2 tbsp batter into the hot pan, swirling to cover bottom (pour out any excess). Cook for 1-2 mins until lightly golden. Turn to cook the other side. Transfer to a plate. Repeat with remaining batter.
    Serve crepes folded, topped with strawberries, passion fruit and vanilla yogurt.
