Braised Green Beans And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None Swiss chard leaves
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 None onion, thinly sliced
    2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
    1 None fresh small red Thai chili pepper, thinly sliced
    8 None baby new potatoes, quartered
    1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
    10 oz baby green beans, trimmed
Preparation
    Wash and dry chard. Finely chop leaves and stems separately.
    Heat oil in medium heavy-bottomed saucepan on medium heat. Cook chard stems, onion, garlic and chili pepper, stirring, about 10 mins or until stems soften.
    Add potato and undrained tomatoes; simmer, covered, 15 mins. Add green beans; cook, uncovered, about 5 mins or until potato is tender. Season to taste.
    Just before serving, add chard leaves; cook about 3 mins or until wilted.
