Berry Streusel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup butter, chilled and diced
    1 3/4 cup spelt flour
    3/4 cup ground almonds
    2/3 cup raw granulated sugar
    2 1/2 tbsp ginger, peeled and grated
    1 None egg, beaten
    7 oz raspberries
    7 oz blackberries
    None None vanilla sauce, warmed, to serve
Preparation
    Cut butter into spelt flour. Add ground almonds, 1/2 cup sugar and ginger. Add egg and mix to form a crumbly streusel topping. Chill for 30 mins.
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Mix berries and remaining sugar in a shallow ovenproof dish and top with streusel. Bake for 25-30 mins until golden. Serve warm with vanilla sauce.
