Beef And Vegetable Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz jasmine rice
    2 tsp vegetable oil
    1 1/4 lb lean sirloin steak, trimmed, thinly sliced
    1 lb Chinese broccoli, coarsely chopped
    7 oz baby Portobello mushrooms, thinly sliced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 tbsp honey
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
Preparation
    Bring rice and 1 cup water to a boil. Reduce heat and cook for about 6 mins, or until rice is tender. Set aside, covered, for 5 mins.
    Meanwhile, heat 1 tsp oil in a wok. Working in batches, brown beef. Set aside. Add remaining oil and stir-fry broccoli, mushrooms and garlic until tender. Add honey, soy sauce and 1/4 cup water. Toss with cilantro and season.
    Serve with rice.
