Tomato Salad With Prosciutto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb tomatoes, sliced
    9 oz mixed red and yellow cherry tomatoes, halved
    1/4 cup basil, coarsely chopped
    12 thin slices prosciutto, torn
    4.5 oz buffalo mozzarella, torn
    6 slices sourdough bread
    None None Chili Dressing
    2 tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp red wine vinegar
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/4 tsp chili flakes
    1 tsp sugar
Preparation
    Preheat the broiler to high. Combine tomatoes, basil, prosciutto and mozzarella in a large shallow bowl or platter.
    Toast bread under broiler until browned on both sides.
    To make chili dressing, whisk ingredients together in a small bowl until combined. Season to taste.
    Drizzle dressing over salad and serve with toast.
