Raisin And Walnut Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup self-rising flour, sifted + 2 tbsp
    1/4 cup shredded coconut
    2/3 cup walnuts, chopped
    1/3 cup raisins
    1 1/2 tbsp butter, melted
    1 (13.5 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
    1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
    2 tbsp lemon juice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease and line a 12x8 inch rimmed baking tray with parchment paper. Combine flour, coconut, walnuts and raisins. Add butter and condensed milk. Transfer to prepared pan and bake for 10-12 mins, or until light golden brown and just set. Let cool in pan.
    For icing, sift powdered sugar. Add lemon juice and stir to combine. Spread over cooled cake. Set aside for 10 mins. Cut into 16 pieces and serve.
