Spicy Stir-Fried Calamari - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 lbs calamari (cut into rings or 1 x 2 inch pieces)
1/3 cup hot chili sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp sesame seeds
1.75 oz shiitake mushrooms, sliced
1 None small onion, sliced
2 None chilies, deseeded, sliced
2 tbsp oil
None None Cilantro, to serve
None None Steamed rice, to serve
Preparation

In a bowl, combine calamari with chili sauce, brown sugar, garlic and sesame oil and seeds. Cover and chill for 30 mins.
Stir mushrooms, onion and chilies into bowl.
In a wok or large frying pan, heat oil on high. Add calamari mixture in 2 batches. Stir-fry for 2-3 mins, until calamari is cooked and vegetables are just tender. Top with cilantro and serve with rice.
