Blue Cheese And Pear Toasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small baguette (6 oz), cut into thin slices
    3 tbsp butter, melted
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    7 oz soft blue cheese
    1 medium pear, thinly sliced
    4 oz watercress
Preparation
    Preheat broiler. Brush bread on both sides with combined butter and garlic; place on a baking pan. Broil, turning once, until browned on both sides.
    Spread toasts with cheese; top with pear slices and watercress. Season to taste.
