Tuna And Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12.5 oz baby green beans, trimmed
    1 (13.5 oz) can cannellini beans, rinsed, drained
    1 None red onion, halved, cut into wedges
    7 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
    1/4 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
    1 (15 oz) can tuna in olive oil, drained, flaked
    2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    2 tbsp red wine vinegar
    1 pinch sugar
    2 tbsp small fresh basil leaves
Preparation
    Blanch green beans in boiling salted water for 1-2 mins, until bright green and just tender. Rinse under cold running water until cool then drain.
    Transfer green beans to a large bowl along with cannellini beans, onion, tomatoes and walnuts. Add flaked tuna.
    To make the dressing, whisk together olive oil, vinegar and sugar. Season to taste. Pour over salad and toss to combine.
    Sprinkle basil leaves over salad. Serve.
