Blinis With Goat Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup buckwheat flour
    3/4 cup flour
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    3/4 cup milk
    1 None egg
    3 tbsp butter, melted
    1/3 cup soft goat cheese
    2 tbsp light sour cream
    1 1/2 tbsp cranberry sauce
    2/3 cup small fresh mint leaves
Preparation
    Sift the flours and baking powder into a large bowl. Whisk in the milk, egg and half the butter until smooth.
    Whisk the goat cheese and sour cream in a small bowl; season.
    Heat large skillet on medium heat and grease with a little of the remaining butter. Cook heaped teaspoon measures of the batter, in batches, for about 1 min each side or until golden.
    Top each warm blini with the cheese mixture, sauce and mint.
