Cashew And Cabbage Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup rice vinegar
2 tbsp peanut oil
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp brown sugar
17 oz cooked chicken, shredded
1 1/2 lb chinese cabbage, thinly sliced
2 None spring onions, thinly sliced
3.5 oz bean sprouts
1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
1/2 cup salted cashews
2 tbsp toasted pepitas
Preparation

Whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, peanut oil, sesame oil and brown sugar. Gently toss with remaining ingredients. Serve.
