White Fish Mousse In Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5.25 oz white fish, skin removed and cut into pieces
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1 tsp prepared horseradish
    2 sprigs fresh parsley, chopped
    1-2 tsp lemon juice
    4-5 leaves cabbage, cut into 2x4 inch rectangles then blanched and shocked
    1 tsp oil
    1/4 lb cherry tomatoes, halved
Preparation
    Place fish, 1 tsp sour cream, horseradish and 4-5 tbsp cold water in a food processor and puree until smooth. Add chopped parsley, lemon juice and season. Spread over blanched cabbage leaves, roll up and secure with wooden skewers. Simmer, covered, in salted water for 6-7 mins.
    Meanwhile, heat oil in a saucepan and saute tomatoes for 1-2 mins. Add a little water and remaining sour cream, season and serve with stuffed cabbage.
