Warm Bean And Dill Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb green beans, chopped
    5 tbsp olive oil
    1 None onion, peeled and finely diced
    2 cloves garlic, peeled and finely diced
    1 tbsp sugar
    5 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
    1 None lemon, zested and juiced
    2 - 13.5 oz cans cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
    2 1/2 cups arugula
    1 cup fresh dill, finely chopped
    1/4 lb goat cheese, crumbled
    None None red chili flakes, to taste
Preparation
    Cook green beans in boiling salted water for 8 mins then drain. Meanwhile, heat oil in a frying pan and saute onion and garlic until softened. Add sugar and cook until caramelized. Add vinegar, lemon juice and zest. Season, bring to a boil and simmer for 3 mins. Toss with remaining ingredients. Serve garnished with lemon slices.
