Sausage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz ground beef
    1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
    2 None bacon, chopped
    1 None egg
    2 tbsp chopped thyme
    1 tbsp cranberry sauce
    1 None orange, peel grated
    3 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed
    2 tbsp milk
    None None Tomato ketchup, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 425\u00b0F. Line 2 baking pans with parchment paper.
    Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, bacon, egg, thyme, cranberry sauce and orange peel. Process until almost smooth. Season to taste. Transfer to a piping bag fitted with large tip.
    Cut each pastry sheet into 3 even strips. Pipe filling lengthwise along center of each pastry strip. Brush edges with milk. Roll up to enclose. Cut each roll into 3 equal pieces.
    Place seam side down on prepared pans. Brush with milk and prick with a fork.
    Bake 10-15 mins, until pastry is puffed and golden. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
