Stilton And Walnut Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp sage, chopped
    4 x 5 oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    2.75 oz mature Stilton cheese, crumbled
    1.5 oz walnuts, coarsely chopped
    None None Green salad, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 375\u00b0F. Place the oil in a small bowl; stir in the sage. Place the chicken on a large baking sheet and season to taste.
    Sprinkle the cheese and walnuts on top of the chicken, dividing the mixture evenly. Use a fork to lift the sage from the oil; divide this between the chicken breasts. Drizzle over the oil.
    Bake for 25-30 mins until the topping is golden and the chicken is completely cooked through. Serve immediately with a crisp green salad.
