Veal Campagnola - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tbsp ground paprika
4 None veal steaks
2 1/2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
4 slices tomato
1 2/3 cups tomato puree
4 oz sliced mozzarella cheese
None None fresh basil leaves, to serve
None None sauteed potatoes and salad or vegetables, to serve
Preparation

Preheat broiler. In a shallow dish, combine flour and paprika. Season. Dust veal steaks in flour mixture, shaking off excess.
Heat butter and olive oil in a large frying pan over high. Cook veal for 1 min per side. Arrange in a single layer in a shallow baking dish. Top each piece of meat with a slice of tomato, tomato puree and sliced mozzarella cheese. Broil for 4-5 mins, until bubbly and golden. Sprinkle with fresh basil leaves before serving.
Serve with sauteed potatoes and salad or vegetables.
