Cauliflower Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None cauliflower, cut into florets
    1 1/4 cups bechamel sauce
    4 oz Parmesan cheese, grated
    1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
    None None fresh parsley, chopped, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease a large baking dish.
    Cook cauliflower in boiling salted water for 4-6 mins, until just tender. Drain then transfer to prepared dish. Pour bechamel sauce over top and sprinkle with cheese and breadcrumbs. Bake for 10-15 mins, until golden. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
