Raspberry Bellini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp frozen raspberries, thawed, pureed in blender
    1 tsp Cointreau or other orange-flavored liqueur
    1/2 tsp lemon juice
    None None Chilled prosecco
Preparation
    Combine raspberry puree, Cointreau and lemon juice. Fill a chilled champagne flute halfway with prosecco and top with raspberry mixture.
