Breakfast Mezze For Two - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None wholemeal pita bread (about 70g)
    None None cooking-oil spray
    2 tsp za'atar spice
    2 None soft-boiled eggs, peeled
    1/2 None small avocado, peeled and thickly sliced
    1 None medium tomato, thickly sliced
    75 g reduced-fat ricotta cheese
    1/4 tsp chilli flakes
    80 g rocket leaves
    2 None lemon wedges
Preparation
    Preheat the grill. Lightly spray the bread with oil and sprinkle with za'atar. Cook under a hot grill for 2 mins or until crisp. Break into coarse pieces.
    Place the remaining ingredients on a serving platter. Sprinkle the ricotta with chilli and serve with pita bread pieces.
