Monster Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    175 g butter, softened
    150 g caster sugar
    1 tsp vanilla essence
    4 medium eggs
    150 g dark chocolate, melted
    250 g plain flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    200 g cream cheese
    1 tbsp double cream
    150 g nougat
    24 small sugar eyes
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Line a 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners. Cream butter, sugar, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Add eggs, 1 at a time, then fold in chocolate. Sift in flour and baking powder then fold in. Distribute between paper liners and bake for about 25 mins. Remove and let cool on a wire rack.
    Meanwhile, mix cream cheese, cream and nougat then transfer to a piping bag. Remove cupcakes from liners, cut in 1/2 horizontally, fill with cream cheese frosting then sandwich back together. Decorate with sugar eyes and serve.
