Slow-Roasted Salmon With Broccolini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None salmon fillets about 4 oz each
    2 tbsp tamari, plus extra to serve
    1 tbsp rice vinegar
    1/2 None lime, grated zest and juice
    2 tsp honey
    1 tsp sesame oil
    1 tsp grated fresh ginger
    1 None garlic clove, chopped
    1 bunch broccolini, trimmed and stir-fried
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 250\u00b0F. Lightly spray a baking dish with oil.
    In a bowl combine the tamari, vinegar, lime zest and juice, honey, oil, ginger and garlic. Place fish in the baking dish and brush with the tamari mixture.
    Bake, basting occasionally, for 20-25 mins, until flesh flakes easily when tested with a fork. Pour remaining basting mixture into small saucepan. Bring to a boil on high. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 2-3 mins, until slightly thickened
    Serve fish on a bed of broccolini, drizzled with juices.
