Chili And Herb-Mashed Rutabaga - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 lb rutabaga, peeled, coarsely chopped
3 tbsp butter
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 None fresh long red chili, seeded, finely chopped
1 tbsp fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
2 tsp lemon zest
Preparation

Boil or steam rutabaga until tender. Drain. Coarsely crush with butter and cream. Fold in remaining ingredients. Season. Serve.
