Patatas Bravas With Chorizo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb potatoes, peeled, cut into 1 inch cubes
    1 x 14 oz can chopped tomatoes
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 None small red chili, finely chopped
    1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
    1/4 cup olive oil
    7 oz chorizo, sliced
    1 tbsp parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in a saucepan of boiling, salted water for 5-10 mins, until just tender. Drain well.
    Meanwhile, combine tomatoes, garlic, chili and cayenne in a saucepan. Cook on low for 2-3 mins, stirring. Season to taste. Keep warm.
    Heat oil in a large frying pan on medium. Fry potatoes and chorizo for 5-10 mins, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are golden and crisp. Drain on paper towels.
    Toss potatoes, chorizo and parsley with the tomato sauce. Transfer to a serving bowl, sprinkle with sea salt and serve.
