Sea Bass With Chili, Lemon And Cilantro - cooking recipe

2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped
2 None small red chilies, finely chopped
1 tsp lemon zest
8 None boneless sea bass fillets, skin-on
None None tomato and mixed green salad, to serve
None None crusty bread, to serve
Preparation

Preheat a lightly oiled grill plate or frying pan over medium heat. Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, cilantro, chilies and lemon zest. Season. Brush over fish then grill for 2-3 mins per side, until golden and cooked to your liking. Serve with salad and bread.
