Vegetable Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup flour
    1 cup bean sprouts
    2 None celery stalks with leaves, finely chopped
    3 None green onions, thinly sliced on the diagonal, plus additional, to serve
    3 None cabbage leaves, thinly sliced
    2 None shallots, finely chopped
    1 small potato, peeled and cut into fine matchsticks
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    None None Chili sauce, to serve
Preparation
    Sift flour and 2 tsp salt into a large bowl. Add 1 1/2 cups water and stir until smooth. Add vegetables, garlic and pepper to taste. Stir to combine.
    Heat oil in a large skillet or wok on medium-high heat (until a cube of bread sizzles on contact). Cook 2 tbsp batter per fritter, in batches, for 2 mins each side, until golden.
    Drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with additional green onion and serve with chili sauce.
