Mini Chocolate Chip Banana Loaves - cooking recipe

1 cup mashed overripe bananas
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 None eggs
4 tbsp (1/2 stick) butter, melted
1/4 cup buttermilk
3/4 cup self-rising flour
3/4 cup whole wheat self-rising flour
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease and flour an 8-loaf mini loaf pan. Volume of each loaf should be 3/4 cup.
Combine banana and brown sugar in large bowl. Stir in eggs, butter and buttermilk. Stir in combined sifted flours and chocolate chips. Spoon into prepared pan.
Bake for 20 mins until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 mins. Remove from pan; completely on wire rack.
