Mother’S Day Chocolate Chip Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup butter + 2 tbsp
    1 1/3 cups granulated sugar
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    5 None eggs + 1 egg white
    2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
    5 tsp baking powder
    3 tbsp 2% or whole milk
    1/2 cup chocolate chips
    1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
    None None sugar hearts, to decorate
    None None whipped cream, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F. Grease and flour a 10 cup Bundt pan. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla extract. Beat in whole eggs, 1 by 1. Mix flour and baking powder together and add, alternating with milk, until incorporated. Add chocolate chips. Bake for 50 mins or until a skewer comes out clean. Allow to cool for 10 mins in the pan then remove and cool completely on a wire rack.
    To finish, mix egg white, powdered sugar and 3 tbsp water until smooth. Pour over cooled cake so it drizzles down the sides. Decorate with sugar hearts and allow to dry. Serve with whipped cream.
