Orecchiette Bolognese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 None Spanish onion, coarsely chopped
    4 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
    4 oz bacon, coarsely chopped
    7 oz button mushrooms, thickly sliced
    1 lb ground beef
    2 cups pasta sauce
    1/2 cup red wine
    10.5 oz orecchiette pasta
    1/3 cup coarsely grated Parmesan cheese
    3 tbsp coarsely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
Preparation
    Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Cook onion, garlic, bacon and mushrooms, stirring, until onion softens. Add beef and cook, stirring, until browned. Add pasta sauce, 4 cups water, wine and pasta. Cook, covered, for 20 mins, or until pasta is cooked through.
    Remove from heat and stir in cheese and parsley. Serve.
