Cheesy Omelettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None large eggs
    1 tbsp butter
    1.5 oz coarsely grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Beat eggs and 2 tbsp water with a fork in a medium bowl.
    Heat 1 tbsp butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Pour 1/2 the egg mixture into pan, tilting to spread mixture evenly. Cook until almost set. Sprinkle 1/2 the cheese over top and fold in 1/2. Slide omelette onto a plate and keep warm. Repeat to make another omelette.
