Fish Steaks With Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium cucumbers, seeded and finely chopped
    2 medium radishes, finely chopped
    4 medium tomatoes, seeded and finely chopped
    1 medium yellow pepper, seeded and finely chopped
    1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
    1 tbsp sherry vinegar
    4 None white fish steaks (8 oz each)
Preparation
    For the salsa, combine all ingredients except the fish in a bowl.
    Heat a grill pan on medium-high heat or preheat the grill to medium. Grill fish, turning, until just cooked. Serve with salsa.
