Sardine Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans (3.75 oz each) sardines in oil, undrained
    1 None lemon, peel finely grated
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    8 tbsp (1 stick) butter, at room temperature
    1 tbsp chopped parsley, plus additional leaves, to garnish
    None None Sliced crusty bread or crackers, to serve
Preparation
    Process sardines, lemon peel and juice, and butter in a food processor until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl. Stir in parsley. Season to taste.
    Garnish with parsley leaves and serve with crusty bread or crackers.
