Tortellini With Pork Bolognese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground pork
    1 None onion, halved, thinly sliced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 cups tomato pasta sauce
    3.5 oz frozen peas
    1 1/3 lb ham and cheese tortellini
    None None mixed greens, to serve
Preparation
    Heat a deep frying pan over high heat, add ground pork, onion and garlic. Cook, stirring to break up lumps, for 5 mins, or until browned. Add pasta sauce, peas and 1 cup water. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5 mins, or until mixture thickens slightly.
    Meanwhile, cook tortellini in boiling salted water for 5 mins, or until tender. Drain. Toss with bolognese sauce and season. Serve with mixed greens.
