Peach, Plum And Apricot Galette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 sheet frozen pie dough, thawed, cut into a large disc
    1 None peach, pitted, sliced
    2 None plums, pitted, sliced
    3 None apricots, pitted, sliced
    3 tbsp raw sugar
    3 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp melted
    None None ice cream, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
    Place disc of pie dough on prepared pan. Arrange fruit over dough, leaving a 1 - 1 1/2 inch border. Sprinkle 2 tbsp sugar and dot 2 tbsp butter over top. Working quickly, fold pastry edges in towards center, crimping at intervals. Brush dough with melted butter and sprinkle with remaining sugar. Bake for 25-30 mins, until golden brown. Let cool on tray for 5 mins. Serve with ice cream.
