Poppy Seed Cupcakes With Orange Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup butter, chopped
    1 cup sugar
    3 None eggs, at room temperature
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/2 cup milk
    2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, sifted
    2 tsp baking powder
    2 tsp orange zest
    1/4 cup poppy seeds
    None None Orange Frosting
    5.25 oz cream cheese, softened
    5 1/2 tbsp butter, softened
    2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
    1 tbsp orange zest
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Line a 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add vanilla and milk. Add flour and baking powder. Add orange zest and poppy seeds and beat for 1-2 mins, until mixture is smooth. Divide between paper liners. Bake for 25 mins. Let cool in pan for 2 mins then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
    To make frosting, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar then orange zest. Spread over cooled cupcakes.
