Festive Prawn Cocktail - cooking recipe
Ingredients

150 g full-fat natural yogurt
4 tbsp mayonnaise
None None Dash of lemon juice
300 g can mandarin segments, drained, juice reserved
15 g fresh dill, chopped, plus extra for garnish
200 g cooked and peeled prawns
1/4 None iceberg lettuce, cut into thin strips
None None Lemon wedges, for garnish
Preparation

In a bowl, mix the yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice and 2 tbsp mandarin juice. Season with salt and black pepper. Stir in the dill. Mix the mandarin segments, prawns, lettuce and dressing and spoon into 4 cocktail glasses. Garnish with dill and lemon wedges.
