Chicken And Corn Soup - cooking recipe

4 oz canned creamed corn
3 oz shredded rotisserie chicken
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp sambal oelek
1 2/3 cups chicken stock
2 tbsp fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
Preparation

Combine corn, chicken, soy sauce and sambal paste in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Whisk in chicken stock then microwave on HIGH (100%) for 2 mins, or until hot. Sprinkle with parsley to serve.
