Fish Tortilla Wraps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg (6 oz) nacho cheese tortilla chips
    1 1/4 lbs firm white fish fillets, cut into 1-inch strips
    8 None flour tortillas
    1 large avocado, finely chopped
    2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
    1 can (10 oz) corn kernels, drained
    2 tbsp chopped cilantro
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tbsp vegetable or olive oil
    None None Salsa, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Line a baking pan with foil. Finely crush tortilla chips in package. Place fish in chip package; shake gently to coat lightly. Place fish, in a single layer, on prepared pan. Spray with no stick cooking spray.
    Bake for 10-12 mins or until fish is golden brown and cooked through.
    Meanwhile, wrap tortillas in foil. Bake for 5 mins or until heated.
    Combine avocado, tomato, corn, cilantro, lemon juice and oil in a medium bowl. Top each tortilla with fish, avocado mixture and salsa. Roll to enclose filling. Serve.
