Sweet Chilli Beef Ribs - cooking recipe

1/2 cup sweet chilli sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup rice wine
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh cilantro
3 1/4 lbs beef spare ribs
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except ribs in large shallow dish. Add ribs; turn to coat. Cover tightly and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
Preheat the grill following manufacturer's instructions for using indirect heat. Cook the ribs in covered grill, for about 30 mins or until browned all over and cooked to desired doneness.
