Grilled Lamb With Hummus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz) can chickpeas, drained, rinsed
    1/4 cup tahini
    1/4 cup olive oil
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    2 cloves garlic, peeled, quartered
    1/4 tsp ground cumin, plus extra for sprinkling
    8 None lamb chops
    None None olive oil, for brushing
    None None toasted flatbread, to serve
Preparation
    In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and cumin. Process until smooth. Season. Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with extra cumin.
    Brush lamb chops with oil. Cook over high heat for 1-2 mins per side, or until cooked to your liking. Serve with hummus and flatbread.
