Champagne Cocktail - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tbsp Cognac or brandy
    2 tbsp Cointreau
    1 dash Angostura bitters
    None None several ice cubes
    1 slice star fruit
    1 slice lime
    None None chilled Champagne or sparkling wine to top off
Preparation
    Put the Cognac, Cointreau, and Angostura bitters in a cocktail shaker with the ice cubes and shake well.
    Strain into a cocktail glass and decorate with a lime and star fruit slice. Top off with sparkling wine to serve.
