Plum And Raspberry Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb frozen raspberries
2 1/4 lbs plums, pits removed, halved
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp lemon juice
13-14 oz package scone mix
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
None None Confectioners' sugar, to dust
None None Store-bought vanilla custard or pudding, to serve
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Lightly grease a 6-cup ovenproof dish. Combine raspberries, plums, sugar, flour and lemon juice in a large bowl. Place mixture in prepared dish. Bake for 15 mins.
Meanwhile, make scone dough following package directions, adding cinnamon to flour mixture. Bring dough together in bowl to form a ball. Turn out onto lightly floured work surface. Press dough out to 3/4-inch-thick disc. Using a 2-inch-round pastry cutter, cut dough into 15 rounds.
Top raspberry mixture with scones. Bake for 20 mins or until scones are brown and fruit is bubbling. Remove from oven. Let cool for 5 mins. Dust with confectioners' sugar. Serve with custard.
