Goat Cheese, Onion And Pine Nut Tart - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large onions, peeled and sliced
    3 tbsp olive oil
    1 None (13-oz) sheet ready-rolled puff pastry
    6 oz semi-firm goat cheese, sliced
    3 tbsp pine nuts
    1 tbsp fresh rosemary leaves
    1 tsp olive oil
Preparation
    Cook onions in 3 tbsp olive oil for 7-8 minutes until golden and soft. Drain and cool for 5 minutes. Place ready-rolled puff pastry on a lightly greased baking sheet, trimming edges to fit, if necessary.
    Spread onions over the surface to within 1-inch of the edge. Top with goat cheese, pine nuts, and rosemary leaves. Drizzle with 1 tsp olive oil and bake at 400\u00b0F for 30-35 minutes until golden. Serve warm.
