Salted Caramel-Banana "Tarts" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 cup caramel sauce
    1 tbsp demerara sugar
    1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 sheet frozen pie dough, thawed, cut into 8 rectangles
    1 None egg, lightly whisked
    4 None bananas, sliced
    1 1/4 cups heavy cream, whipped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper. Whisk caramel sauce until smooth then chill for 30 mins to firm. Combine sugar, 1/4 tsp salt and cinnamon. Set aside.
    Transfer pie dough to prepared tray. Brush lightly with egg. Sprinkle tops evenly with sugar mixture and bake for 12-15 mins, or until golden brown. Let cool on tray.
    To serve, spread caramel over tarts and top with bananas then whipped cream.
