Chocolate Nut Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    11 tbsp butter or margarine, chopped
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 None egg, lightly beaten
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    8 oz graham crackers, finely crushed
    1 1/2 cups mixed nuts, finely chopped
    1/4 cup cocoa powder, sifted + 2 tbsp
    1 1/4 cups powdered sugar, sifted
    1 tbsp milk, warmed
Preparation
    Lightly grease an 8 inch square cake pan.
    Melt butter in a small saucepan. Stir in sugar and egg over low heat, until sugar dissolves and mixture begins to thicken. Add vanilla and set aside to cool slightly.
    In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, 1 cup chopped nuts and 1/4 cup of cocoa powder. Stir in cooled butter mixture until well combined. Press firmly into pan. Chill until firm.
    To make the icing, combine the powdered sugar, 2 tbsp cocoa powder and milk in a small bowl. Drizzle over slice. Sprinkle with remaining nuts. Chill until firm.
